As black here in this position, I know this is winning positionally because the engine gives this like a -1, but I don't really know how to follow it up and get a winning position, and I also wouldn't be able to memorize every single line, (I'm not a computer) so can anyone tell me what are like the goals I should do when I get to this position and how and with what approach should I play this opening? Btw, I get this position quite a lot in casual chess.
