I don't think Rf2 works...  Black responds with Re1.

I think White also has a winning endgame after 1 Rd8+ Bxd8 2 Qxd8+ Ka7 3 Qd4+ Qxd4 4 cxd4 Re8 ... a simple and forcing continuation.

 

Edit: oops! LearnChess already gave this variation... its what I'd play, anyway.
