Yeah honestly it really just depends on the person. On average I would say no though.
IIRC there was a guy who became an NM just from watching his 2 computers play.

As you are trying to pull your strength with tactics, you might probably need 2800+ tactic scores in here for 2300 blitz. But your puzzle (tactics) scores doesn't seemed high. Are you training in other sites?
