can you be considered a gm if??

you know how each time length has a different rating? I may not be a GM in long games but the other app I play on im 2846 right now in 1-2 min games. I don't think of chess as a possible career just a hobby. I just love to play. I rather play 30+ games in a hour instead of 1 game that takes an hour ..could I be considered a GM just in bullet chess? does it work like that? anyone wanna play on app I play on feel free download and look me up..thanks for the feedback
