Back in 1982 I played a blindfold simul against the top three players on the Mount Allison University chess team... and won all three games.
The quality of the games is pretty low, though. I still have the three score-sheets.

Please, can you upload the score-sheets? I want to analyze
I just played a couple of blindfold games yesterday on my tablet. I won both, but I set the strength to 1100 and 1200. I made some mistakes, cause it's hard for me to calculate in blindfold (calculating while constantly trying to remember were the pieces are).
The second game I finished exhausted, it was 164 plies. Although it was 30 minutes/game i still had 5 minutes remaining on the clock. It doesn't mean anything in chess world, because my strength was crappy, but it was cool for me
And I was looking at the empty chessboard, otherwise it's impossible for me to visualize the squares, i can only visualize the pieces.

I was rated around 2000 OTB at the time.
As an exercise, I tried just now visualizing a 2x2 chess board with pieces on the 4 squares.
I found I could not even keep that image concrete in my mind.
