well, it isn't really like you need to check your moves to lose or resign all your games so as to achieve the somewhat questionable status of ZERO RATING in this site.

A noble goal indeed.

You never know, he might check-mate someone by accident, thus gaining 600 rating points. :-)

y'know, i've prolly come close a couple times..checkmate and stalemate. there's sum pretty bad players out there..bad unintentionally :P

Evil_Homer

Far too witty to be Cheater_1.

I know that! Saves awkward situations arising, which is fair enough.

Some English people pretend to be us, for the same reason.

Perhaps the staff can make it an option...

Submit move?  Yes.

Are you sure? Yes.

Are you double dog sure? Yes.

This is your last chance so only click if you're positive. Yes.

Alright, this is it.  No more chances.  Are you positive? Yes.

Sorry, we just can't allow you to make the move because it may be a blunder, but look on the bright side, you'll never lose.

Deep fried Mars bars are a Scottish speciality :-)

Judging by TV all Americans are thin and beautiful, so this thread is way off the charts by the look of it.

i've had many instances in the past where i've hit the "cancel move" button nearly immediately after hitting the "submit move" button but not once has the move actually been cancelled. so i wonder, is the purpose of this button to stop the submission of a move? is it there cuz it looks so pretty?

now you may think it's my fault for not catching the move in time but rest assured it's not. you see my eyes are located a great distance from my brain and this affects processing times for what i do to what i see...sumhow.

As my name implies - I don't have a brain or a head for that matter but in real chess, once you make the move you are stuck with it. I think that it might be better if we were forced back into the real world of chess so that we have to think more about our moves. I just made a move and didn't hit the submit button and it will not let me change it- this is a first of many and I wonder if anyone else has run into this? I didn't hit submit.

Comeon, timmay, don't you try and convince us you have a brain now.

Hehe.

here's a truth, to ascertain the size of my brain further research into planck length is underway in a lab in germany, where my my brain is kept in a jar. i told you it was a great distance from my eyes :P
