Canceled Premium Membership

I wanted to support Chess.com so I subscribed via Google Play. I can only describe my experience as completely chaotic. I spent more time trying to locate stuff and figuring out how to view a full video (something I was not able to do) than I spent actually learning something. Almost everything I watched was just an ad for things to come but never arrived. Unfortunately a complete waste of time. I reluctantly canceled my subscription (I was not aware that it was an automatically renewing subscription until I canceled it). If Chess.com wants to complete successfully against the free material available on the web (e.g. Youtube, chesstempo, chessgames, etc.), they really have to deliver and not just talk about delivering. It is a shame because I really wanted to support this app.
