Post it in Help&Support I think it might be problem with your browser you should switch to Chrome, Opera or Firefox or maybe you just need to update it or clean internet cache. I dunno.

Internet explorer 9 is not supported yet, try firefox or chrome, or ie 8 instead.
If that doesn't work, try to clear your web browser's cache (temporary internet files) and try again.
i am new in computers! i don't even know what a browser is. i am illiterate when it comes to computers. all i want is to play chess. why it is when i play at work on a desktop, it works! and how about other laptops from my friends? it all doesnt work. or maybe they want me to upgrade my account? what if i upgrade my account and it still doesnt work, the blitz game? i am so confused!!!
can anybody tells me why no pieces appears when i want to play blitz chess? i used to play blitz everyday and all of a sudden i can't play no more? i tried using other laptops and still can't play. but when i used the desktop at work, the pieces appears and i can play normally! i don't understand!
