Weird, a player was very rude and I wanted to report but that wasn’t possible.
How did you solve it?

bcoz im facing a same issue more or less now.. happened to play with this random opponent..game ended felt like he was cheating..upon suspicion visited his profile only to know that he has created his account just 5 days ago.. when i tried to report him i couldnt.. not only him i cant able to ticket a report itself for any account what could be possibly wrong then?

Maybe it's because @Smurf-123456789's account is already closed for Fair Play violations

no i tried his profile even before chess.com closed it..not only his account, another cheater someone else profile also i tried unable to report problem still exist.

Where are you clicking to report someone? From someone's popup profile or from their main profile? Both should show a popup box with the reporting options - do you not get this? (I have not actually clicked on "Report", I just brought it up to get a screen shot.) (I've also just checked and it looks like you can still report an account that's been closed from the popup profile but not the main profile page)
