cant see the whole board - tech issue

Literally can’t see the whole board. If I knew how to post a pic I would. Lately(a week or so) I’ve been playing more on my laptop, but today I went to play a match on my phone, and the entire H file(or A) is completely cut out of my screen. It’s as if I’ve zoomed in slightly on the board but cannot “un-zoom”.(and yes even though you can’t zoom I tried to “un-zoom” anyway and it will not. The bottom portion of what you see in a game is slightly cut off as well. Like half of the chess clock and where I click to confirm each move is completely out of view. I tried restarting my phone and deleting - reinstalling the app. Anyone else experience this? Hellpppp PLEASE!! What do I do?!?!
