It can be done
castling and mate at same movement
I thought that both O-O# and O-O-O# are possible, but that only O-O-O# appeared in a tournament one time. I cant find that game though.
See the article When Castles Attack by Batgirl.

oh thanks, i didnt know the article. But i knew the lasker-thomas match
I myself have launched one such checkmate (though I did not realise it was a checkmate at that point of time).

I am not aware of all the GM games obviously, but there was a very famous immortal game of Lasker, where he sacked his queen on h7 and then the opponent king was chased all the way to the 1st rank from the 8th rank with a volley of forcing moves after which it was possible to # the black king with a long castle.
However Lasker simply moved his king out of the way to the 2nd rank I think and mated the opponent or the opponent resigned, not sure which it was.
However that is one GM game where for sure it was possible to o-o-o and # in the same move.
One of the first hits on google takes you to.... well not far away actually

Can you give an example of a real match in a tournament between masters where someone win by castling and giving check mate at same movement?
