The rook passes through the bishop's attack, but not the king -- it is legal.

To my knowledge, you are not allowed to castle while there are squares that are currently under attack. However, since this is a Queenside castling, the Rook can pass through a square that is under attack, so under these circumstances, I think it is legal according to Wikipedia and this site:
