is there any to change my ranking since my ranking is high, I want to lower it

Lose games. Assuming you are talking about your chess ranking, although why do you want to lower it?

my ranking is probably 600, I don't know it is about 1000. I simply can't beat the opponents

If that's the case, your rating will decrease naturally when you lose to these guys. Eventually it will settle at around where you're at. Just play games and you'll discover what your rating should be.
