The chat feature functions on some of my games, but not all of them. How do I get it so it works on all ny games?

You can't. If your opponent disables chat, you have no control over that.

I permanently block everyone who disables chat. Not that I actually want to chat with them, but I figure if they feel so insecure they have to block chat, then they're either little kids or pansies.  Regardless, I don't want to play them.
