Yeah, we get a lot of that around here. Oh you could report him (and should if he used really bad language), but it's easier just to block him and move on. To block: Run your cursor up to Home in the upper right. Click on Account>Privacy. The bottom of the page has the block settings.

I don't know how he would be able to do that. Usually when your board freezes or pieces start moving funny it means you need to clear your browser cache. Chess.com is very sensitive to how much memory you have available. Good luck!
