Cheated out of a game

Just had to resign as I lost my queen because chess.com decided to end the move before I had released the mouse. I don't mind losing but it's not nice being robbed by the software. And it's not the first time.

Change the move method to clicking squares. It's happened to me before when I would drag a piece across the board and it would drop early on the wrong square but it's not the software it's more likely a connection/mouse issue. The click square method eliminates the risk with drag and drop.

Chess.com is generally solid, but no system is flawless.

Thanks a lot for the advice. Although my instinct is to drag and drop, I will try and get into the habit of clicking squares instead. Whether it is me, my mouse or the software, this his happening too frequently and and is beginning to spoil my enjoyment of online chess.
