Sounds reasonable. You need to go to chess.com to report it and the cheating group forum to discuss it.
Gewing a member here for two and a half years, you should already know that this isn't the place to discuss this.

Romans920, please read this help document to see what you can do about this and the link to report the user to staff. Posting these matters on the forums is not allowed.

If you want to discuss issues related to cheating, you can join the cheating discussion group. But posting accusations is not allowed there either.
