cheater_1's Q & A session

he doesn't play on our site, he isn't rude or offensive. he is just.... well, you decide. and if you don't like him (i don't), don't pay attention to him and he will go away.
Thank you for explaining. Is there any way to ignore a user?
Finnally someone with sense. To cheat against someone isn't so simple, And he has been doing it for a while. He has to be intelligent, just show a little respect.
Erik I suggest you get a firewall for chess.com, lets see HOW he cheats; does he hack the system or use a seperate program?

Erik, I was thinking:
Couldn't cheater have 2 accounts, and then what he does is stir the nest with his Cheater_1 account and picks his "enemies"; people who insult him, etc. Then, he has a revenge account that he keeps at a very low rating, and challenges them with it, cheats, and takes a bunch of their rating. I guess it's just as impossible to track, but still... it makes more sense to me to think that he does cheat on the site and uses a second account as an outlet to find out who to target (who "deserves" it, in his lexicon) than that he just happens to enjoy exposing his past on a site with a community he has no other investment in.
Oh well, still nothing anyone can do I guess.
Cheater_1 - here is my question for you in this Q & A. With all of your experience cheating, do you have any ideas about how to detect it?

The first rule of cheating is you don't talk about cheating,
the second rule of cheating is, you don't talk about cheating.

talking about HOW to cheat will get you banned.
So talking about how to cheat will get you banned, but confessing to cheating for over ten years doesn't? Hmmm...
BTW, cheater_1 does talk about how to cheat, but hasn't been banned yet. Well, I guess there's more to think about. Hmmm...

That's great. We need to do a video with cheater 1 like that. lol

This may seem odd, but really cheater_1, Worthington R. Bishop, lll really isn't your best try at another fake identity. Keep trying though. Maybe that 85 year old granny would be better.

RESPONSORIAL PART 1:
MASKY I'm in my early 40's and am rated USCF in the low 1900s. Above average but pretty low rated for someone who has been playing for over 30 years.
MAKIAVELI I love OTB chess!!!. That is REAL chess. Internet chess isn't real, and therefore subject to cheating. It's a fantasy world. I'm a regular guy from middle America when I play OTB....I'm a chess GOD when I play online.
A-JENERY Is it due to my lack of mistakes or your excessive mistakes? Even top level players blunder. Just because I don't blunder and you do, you have the arrogance to pass blame that the person on the other end is a cheater? HOW DARE YOU, SIR!!? Your arrogance, your ego is precisely the reason why I cheat.
TONIGHT ONLY Online chess is not REAL chess. I come here for enjoyment, nothing more. No one becomes a better chess player by playing online. It's a fantasy world. I play OTB all the time and act just like a normal person. Here though, all bets are off.
RISHNAI I like people that make intelligent debate and have posts that show that they know what they are talking about, coupled with HATE. Those are the best people. Dopey people like THELASTLINK who have the IQ of a wet shoelace and just flame are boring and a dime a dozen.
UNBELIEVER Tsk Tsk Tsk. And you claim to be a US resident. GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY!!!! Please read the constitution and talk to me then.

MARIANA TRENCH I promised this site's administrator that I wouldn't reveal how I did it. Please contact HOW THE HORSE MOVES as he seems to intimately know how to cheat.
CHESSMASTER13 You must first sacrifice the other knight using Kasparov's Passed Pawn Scheme, then, after your opponent moves, you MUST perform a reverse en passant, this will allow you to get a free move. Then, you can bunny-hop the knight and get a castle out of the deal. Also, according to rule #35.5 if you are on an odd numbered move, you get a 3rd free move.
RAEL To detect cheating, one must become a cheater. No human can go toe to toe with a program on the internet. If you get someone who can..it's a prog.

Wow, a lot of s*** has been happening at Chess.com lately. The Akiko thing and now this. Okay I have a question.
Why havn't you been banned yet?

GANJA I made a promise to Erik, the administrator, that I would never ever play a game of chess on this site, teach the fine points of cheating, or abuse people. You want to ban me for speaking the truth? Ban me cuz the general population doesn't like what I say? Delete my account because all the people hate me? Yikes!!! That attitude just reinforces my view that people hate and want to destroy that which they fear.
Questions, please?

I am really quite amused that when faced with a logical argument you choose to respond with an emotional rhetoric. For your information, I have read the constitution, and it has no relation whatsoever to this context. Appeal with logic next time, you might have a better hope of dissuading from calling you a hopeless moronic idiot.
I am sure the American Government appreciates your patriotism. It is idiots like you that believe in things like the Patriot Act.

First of all, I'd have to somewhat agree with you -- online chess is at best skewed, and in no way does it really "matter" in any real sense, except maybe some experience working out positions. Yet, I'm a little confused. Online chess isn't real, OTB play is, and yet in another post you've confessed to cheating OTB as well. What is your motivation there?
I think what so many people have a hard time getting their minds around is the point of all of this? It sounds like you've put in so much effort to cheat, what is it that you get out of it? The thrill of humiliating an opponent? I refuse to believe that you do it just because you can, because if that is indeed the case, it sounds like a classic case of OCD. That, or you absolutely crave the attention you're getting. In that case, I gotta admit, you do attract attention very well, that seems to be something you are good at.
