And this is why accusations of cheating aren’t allowed in the public forums - because so many people have no idea what cheating actually looks like.

its quite the opposite my man. actually cheaters get caught easily most of the time, it takes skill to conceal the fact you're cheating. so chess.com doesnt have reason to "sweep it under the rug"

If you played with increment like 16|5 if he moved every five seconds shis time would not go down

No it's so we don't become toxic and whiny
Like Twitter or something also this would hurt kids the most since they are also more likely to get called cheaters even if they are not cheating

That's also true only a very small number of people can tell what cheating is even Magnus accuses people unfairly occasionally

I got burned by cheating today then just lost, because it prevented me a draw, because I kept getting disconnected 3 times at the end at a very convenient point thus loosing the game instead of a draw...

If that happened it was likely due to the live server restart. When that happens all ongoing games are aborted.
