hi, i have played recently 2 games against [public accusations not allowed -- MOD], in last game I ' sure that my opponent use pc program because by analyzing game with your analysis engine program It results that on 23 moves He has done 16 excellent moves, 5 good moves and only 2 inaccuracies, and He has an elo fide rating of 1743 Point. if for you is It possible all of this, we could explain to me, please? thank a lot

OP, you can't name and shame people in the forums. It is forbidden by the forum rules. 

Looking at the game with an engine it doesn't look like he cheated, could be he used it sparingly on a few moves though but that's online chess, you can never be sure about that!

The game:

Opening is pretty standard. In the middlegame you lose a piece which gives you bad evaluation for the rest of the game.

On move 8 black played 8...Bishop d7, better was 8...Nbd7

On move 18 black should have played 18...Qf6, instead he played 18...Qe7.

In the end you walked into a mating pattern.

Don't see anything fishy with this game
