cheating question

I’m fairly new to chess and I wanted some feedback, I’m rated around 800 and I have many good games, but every once in a while I play someone who beats me in less than a minute. As soon as I make a move they respond with the “best move” according to the review after the game for every single move. Now I understand that players will be better than me, but I would think if they are that good to respond to every move within seconds that they wouldn’t be rated under 1000. It doesn’t make sense to me. Just asking for some feedback, is this legit or am I facing cheaters?

there are some people who just play fast in slower time controls. it can be intimidating plus they are probably better players, however they will make a lot of tactical mistakes as a result of their fast play. so yes their rating is accurate, they probably just had a good game. If they are underated, their rating will eventually climb up to their correct rating. and its unlikely that they are cheating, but if you are suspicious you can always report them and chesscom will review them, but the cheating problem is definitely overhyped it is mostly just superstition.
