I have a peculiar problem of chess addiction. In many occassions, when I start playing chess, I cannot simply stop playing one game after another game (always in internet). Sometimes I sleep very late - say 6am - 10 am next day morning . I will be doing this at the cost of many important activities of mine. This problem is really worse on my holidays.
On top of all these, I very rarely read any chess books, undergo chess training, analyse my games (self or else). Even I did not join any chess clubs (I started playing chess 2 or three months back after a gap of so many years). Also, my performance in chess games would be seriously affected as I sometimes play chess continuously for 6 hours or so.
Eventhough I am performing well in my MBA programme, I could have performed better if I haven't been wasting time like this. So, could you please tell me some suggestions to avoid this problem?
