How'd you get on? :)
Chess and Swimming Challenge

This could be dangerous in a large lake. Get distracted by deep calculations and before you know it you've swam past the point of no return.
I swam in a lap pool lol. It was quite possibly the most difficult thing chess related that I've ever done. It took me a good 3 minutes just to get the proper position in my head because I was distracted by trying to not drown. I didn't know these puzzles were that easy, being 1 or 2 moves long. However, it took me a total of 25 minutes to solve all of them with definite accuracy.
Anyway, the answers I got, which are also correct are.
1. Nxe6 nxe6 f5, with a clearly winning pawn up endgame. This one actually took me the longest time, because I kept looking at the immediate f5.
2. kb2 kc4 ka3 kc3 is stalemate, or kb2 kc4 ka3 b2 ka2 with more stalemate/ drawn endgame ideas.
3. This one took me 10 minutes to figure out I was just going to win a pawn after nxf7 kxf7 rxd7 lol. Too many pieces on the board
4. Bxh7 and your pawns cannot be stopped.
One really interesting thing I noticed when solving these puzzles, is that when you're blindfolded/multitasking, it's really tough for me to figure out which sector of the board the tactic is in. Normally, if given these puzzles OTB, i would be able to pinpoint exactly where the tactic is going to be within seconds. However, when blindfolded, I kept looking in the complete wrong areas. I think I'm going to stick with 4, maybe 6 endgame puzzles for this swimming thing. When I get better at it, maybe i'll move on to harder tactics. Endgames are easier with less pieces anyway. I'm going to do more tomorrow.

1st, can you give these to me in puzzle format?
2nd, I can't do this myself, because I don't know how and I don't like swimming.
I forgot where I read/heard this, but I heard/read that Kramnik used to memorize positions and solve them while swimming. I decided to give this a try. I am going to memorize 4 endgame positions from The Complete Chess Workout by Palliser and solve them during my swim. Hopefully I don't drown. Here are thepositions.
I will post my attempted solutions with the correct ones. Hope I don't drown!
