You should consider posting the entire survey here in the forums. You would probably get a lively and semi informative response.
Asking people to email you is a good way of limiting your responses.
Another problem you have is that you just joined, so you have no credibility as a real chess player. People get enough spam already.

Thanks for your feedback. I will check if i can post the full survey, it contains some pictures and may be difficult to receive the answers per question but worth a try.
