Guys, really the clock seems to be unfair to me. What should I do? I have full Internet access and still lagging and jumping between my opponent turn and my turn.
If you are playing on the mobile app, pay for premium. Otherwise chess. Com intentionally for lags you for no payment. Pay and the lag goes away.

It has to be your connection. I haven't paid and experience no lag at all. Try running less apps/background apps, clear cached data and be sure your device is clean of any malware. To be honest, direct connections are best for live streaming of games/movies/shows/etc...

this is very useful .... because I have same problem and have made terrible blunder all because of time constraint... but will try out your suggestions and see if it gets better ... thanks again friends

Thank you so much, but what do you mean by direct connection?
I think he means using a computer with a direct ethernet connector from your modem/router rather than connection by WiFi.
