Killer King’s not that hard. Get it down to a winning scenario and trap your opponent. The easiest way is to play with an easy to kill bot, like lv 1 of Komodo and then you can get it. That’s what I did for both.
Nice! There is a Killer Castle as well, but it’s called Castle Victory and the achievement icon looks different from the others.
I believe it was a bot, I’m not good enough to do it with a human.
Also, I just did a game on my alt account and bot matches do count for achievements. I was able to get the Killer King achievement as well as the Man vs. Machine one.

Yeh idrc about that one. I tried to get it a long time ago (one of the first ones I attempted cuz it seemed like one of the easier ones) but it didn’t work so I assumed it was a glitch. I’ll try it again now that you mention it but I doubt it’ll work.
It says you need premium, and I don’t have premium anymore so...
