Chess.com and vpn

Hi guys, I recently bought an antivirus with a VPN in it, should i disable the vpn when i play on chess.com or it doesn't matter?

i wrote to the assistance but they didn't answer me. So I disabled it for now.

I'm not a mod obviously, but as far as I know some people here use VPNs. It's not against the rules.
