Your blitz rating gives you the best clue. + or - 200. If you've never played OTB, then 3d will be hard and you'll probably be lower rated than your chess.com blitz.

Your rating is in the 1300-1700 USCF range in OTB. If it makes you feel better I can say your USCF rating will be exactly 1463.
Rather than trying to improve before playing in an otb club, I highly suggest playing in an OTB club so that you can improve.

The ratings on this site aren't too accurate, but I'll give you my personal estimation: Your OTB rating should be at least 1000 if you take your time, but no more than 1200-1300 USCF.
You'd be able to beat the vast majority of players who are purely casual, but competitive players will be able to beat you pretty often.
I'll leave the final estimate as 1100-1200 USCF overall, based on your games.

Yeah, OTB is tough is you haven't played it.
One plus is people might underestimate an unrated player and play worse than usual. My first ever rated tourney game I beat a 1500, but I was probably 1200 strength.
Does anyone know how accurate the rating system is on this site? I'm looking to join a league in my area and would like to know my skill level before joining.
