Settings -> Boards and Pieces -> Make sure "Highlight Moves" is checked (I believe that's the setting).

Then, when you're posting a board, put in your moves first. Afterward, go back through your moves and right click and drag to make arrows. When you post the board after that, the arrows/squares should still be there.

Right click to highlight squares. Right click + drag to make arrows.

Left click to erase highlights/arrows.

In this sort of position (from IronSteam's post above), I as Black would have laid out my defense a bit differently... with the e-Pawn on e5 instead of e6, and the Knight on e7 instead of f6. That offers maximum resistance to White's d3-d4 idea, and gives the c8-Bishop a good square on e6.

This sort of thing:

Sure.

In such a semi-closed position, the tempo (playing Black instead of White) means little... especially since White probably wasn't ready for a Botvinnik and probably hasn't made the most accurate piece and Pawn deployment.

After completing his deployment, Black has three possibilities of active play which he can choose between or combine: the f7-f5 break, the b7-b5 break, or (in some cases) the d6-d5 break.

A LOT of players cheat on chess.com and chess.com does nothing about it so do NOT take the games or the ratings seriously - I know that is easier said than done.
