Why don’t they at least do what Xbox Live does, you can change it once for free, then every time after that it’s a small fee.

you'll regret the decision you made at 15 when you're 18. just give it time, regret will catch up.

Cant you just send in a support ticket and ask them to change it,i am pretty sure they would be happy to.
If there were to be unlimited chances, friends and other people would lose track of who's who. It is only with this small amount of username changes that we don't get a confused mess of ever changing usernames. Its almost like changing an email name; if its changed, your contacts would lose track.
If you are really unhappy with your username, you could just close this acc and open a new one...
I changed my username a second time, but I had to reach out to staff. The site's, not mine...
