I'm using CB9 and I like it but they have this crappy, antiquated limitation on how many times you can reinstall or update the program, a holdover from the mesozoic era of chess software that had this assinine feature to prevent software pirating (which it didn't). You can get around this limitation by contacting them to have your SN "reincarnated" or whatever they call it, but that's only good for 2 more updates.
So you might want to consider looking into Chess Assistant as well, IF you're thinking about buying a DB.
AND there's already been several other recent forums on DBs, you should look them up as there were many informative comments in them.
