chess is a game where you move your pawns,rooks,knights,queen and bishop the king can move 1 square in all directions. bishops can move diagonally. rooks can move in strait lines nights can move in L shapes pawns move 1 square forward unless you are getting the pawn of its starting square then you have the options to move it two square and the queen moves like a rook and a bishop only knights can move over other pieces the most popular opening is pawn to e4 which is a pawn moving two squares and it is the pawn in front of the king and the king is worth the game. this is blog post 1
