It's not racist.
It's sexist...white is the woman and black is the man...and ladies always go first.
In debating, the final rebuttal (reply) is considered advantageous. This must mean that Black has the advantage in chess.

if anything, chess is sexist, since the King is the most important peice on the board and if he is cornered then game over. all other peices can and will be sacrificed for his continued survival.
