I did try this repertoire but gave it up rather quickly. I generally found the middlegames rather passive for blackFrown. The coverage of the different lines is also uneven. There're 3 authors and you don't know who writes what.Foot in mouth

Vs 1.e4, it gives the (hyper)accelerated dragon sicilian. In practice it appears that as soon as white knows what he's doing, he goes for the Maroczy bind. No wonder, because he gets all the fun : one slip from Black and he's dead.Cry even the endgame doesn't promise anything.

On the other hand, against the anti-sicilians lines (grand prix prix,Morra...) I got some very good lines.

vs 1.d4 it goes for the Nimzo & Bogo indians. The Nimzo gets a good coverage though once again I found the lines chosen rather drawish (I prefer Dearing's choice in "Play the Nimzo"). Sadly, the treatment of the Bogo is quite sketchyYell.

Apparently there are two different authors for these defences : there's a HUGE hole, they forgot to mention the Kasparov Surprisedvariation, ie  1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Bb4 4.Nf3 or 3.Nf3 Bb4+ 4.Nc3 while Ward has written a whole book on it.

vs 1.c4 it goes for 1...c5 hoping to fall back to the Maroczy bindEmbarassed...logical but not to my taste.

For the other moves first white moves, they logically don't dig deep but seem to give very good line. I myself play as white things such as Bird, Larsen, London system & Trompovsky and their recommendations are fine.Smile
