I am also looking for such a feature for the PC .. Please let me know if you found a way.
Chess PDF Reading Software
bump
OP, did you find an alternative to "Chess Book Study"? I have that on my gf's android tablet but I have a windows 8.1 tablet and would like to get something similar.

Check Chessvision.ai eBook Reader. It makes chess PDFs interactive so that you can double-click any diagram to instantly load it into an analysis board.
Available on multiple platforms:
- Browser App: https://ebook.chessvision.ai/
- iOS App: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chessvision-ai-ebook-reader/id6599857782
- Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.chessvision.reader

Hi.
So I came across an application named "Chess Book Study" in the play store on my Android phone. I downloaded it, it's basically a PDF reader, but it contains a wonderful feature: a chess board. So you can read through the book and play the moves with ease. One advantage of this is that you can easily play the variation lines with out getting lost in the original position.
So... Is there an equivalent software for PC? I'm just looking for the ability to open a PDF file and an analysis board at the same time. The method that I'm using is playing through the game in Chessbase, and then alt+tabbing my way back and forth to the PDF book. Any suggestions?
