They would be unrelated, your rating could either be higher or lower, more probable to be lower.

My TT rating is several hundred points higher than my USCF. My peak TT (2400) is over 500 higher than my peak USCF (1857). They are entirely unrelated. However, whatever your USCF rating happens to be, consistent effort with the Tactics Trainer will help it improve.
