I taught some kids how to play once. They wanted to open like this every game. I didn't really know what to say.
Silman had a funny story about doing some kind of camp for kids, and that it was so horrible he decided he'd never do it again heh.

I just started on Chess.com and my goals are a rapid rating of 1200 and a blitz rating of 1000. A blitz rating of anything over 1500 is really quite an accomplishment I think. You guys play an awesome game of chess. Maybe I can pick up a few tips every once in awhile. I started playing chess a few months ago.

Interesting. I thought it was better to become very good in rapid and then become good in blitz.

I remember when I was low rated. Still am, but a lot better than before. This guide helped me make great progress, and I'm sure it will help you guys too!
