Chess tilt for more than two months (-270)

So I think it was on June 15, I tilted 50 elo, then the next day it just dropped drastically, throughout this time I peaked back to 1460, but then it sank to 1300-1380 and would repeat, and now I hit 1280. I think this feeling of falling so much and failing to recover is a part of losing my games and not recovering. Does anyone know how to manage this and any tips or videos you find useful to recover a large elo tilt that has gone on for some time. Thanks you.

My worst tilt in my previous chess.com account, if i remember correctly, was from 1800 to 1200. So my suggestion is to not play chess for a while and try it maybe a month of not playing chess. Good luck ;)

Try playing only rapid for a while sometimes speed chess causes bad habits.
