Chess tournament this weekend and slump in form

I have a chess tournament this weekend and I’m currently in a rough spot of form. I’ve never been particularly high rated on chess.com but there have been points in the past months where I’ve played well enough to put up a fight against some good players. I really want to perform well in this tournament but I’m not sure what to do? Some games I’ve played recently have been a real throw back to those 1200 days of blundering full pieces in winning positions, yes, those days. This situation is causing me a lot of stress and honestly, I think I need to relax a bit and enjoy the games, any other advice?

I guess, but the reason I'm not stuck under 1000 is because I've dedicated a lot of time and effort to chess and I've made most of my practise as productive as possible. I went to my local chess club yesterday for the 2nd time and that helped quite a lot I think but would be good if we could fill up the forum to make it useful to others.

Chess club and playing live over the board is the best. practice using a clock and writing notation.

don't forget to blunder check and don't feel bad when your opponent blunders. show no mercy.
