Hi. Could someone please take a look at this question? I feel like others have a similar problem and identifying weaknesses seems crucial to improvement.

Have you considered posting one of your games on the Game Analysis Forum? I have done that twice, and both times I was given some very good advice. Unfortunately, I am still pretty much at beginner level, so I personally would not be able to help you.

I have done that, but the comments given were very specific to those games and doesn't give me information on where I should improve. Here is a recent game I played: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game.html?id=126020692 From my own analysis I derived that I equalized from the opening and had a slight advantage until we reached endgame where my playing deteriorated;however, I had 1minute left at that point and it is very difficult to play accurately in severe time pressure, but this is understandable as it is a 15minute per side game.
If you've posted a few of your games here for specific analysis, maybe post links to all those threads in this thread, and ask if a stronger player will look at all your games and see if they notice any common themes in your play. A stronger player looking through 8-10 of your games might be able to point out trends that you aren't noticing yourself.
The other method is to go through your last 10+ losses yourself, and analyze exactly why you lost each one. Again, use the help of stronger players and/or computer programs to pinpoint the details of each games, but compile the trends yourself with this method. If you constantly lose due to tactical blunders, then work on tactics, and try to concentrate more while playing. If it's endgames, then study endgames, etc.
As I've tried to improve over the last year, I have kept encountering the phrase "focus on your weaknesses and isolate them". There lies my problem. What is my weakness? I have tried to look through my games, but can not really find a "weakness". So my biggest problem is pinpointing my weaknesses. Thus, I am wondering if someone could play a few games with me and come to a conclusion about my weaknesses and suggest how to correct them or perhaps they could take a look at a few of my games to identify weaknesses.
