I'm trying to access the chessbase online database but I can't load any games or search for positions. It only says loading games etc and nothing comes up. Anyone else got this problem and how to solve it?

That happened to me once previously. You have to clear your cache.

I use firefox and and have cleared the cache, but still the same problem. I got windows 10 and when I go to the site through microsoft edge it's no problem..
Some time ago it needed MS silverlight installed for full functionality, but I think it's not needed any more.

Yeah, it doesn't make any difference if I got silverlight installed or not.
