Chesstempo died with beta..sad

I had heard of the website chesstempo.com from Heisman's blog...then I tried to register there with an intention to purchase a membership for the tactical puzzles practise. I registered and received an email for verifiction. I verified by clicking on the link. Then I tried to og in and it said "email unverified". Then I again clicked on the link and it said " email already verified". I repeated these steps a number of times always to the sam result. Then I asked for a second verification email.. it came, in Geman this time... i clicked on the link and now the page said "email already taken".. i am glad i did not get into the next step and paid for the stuff

Did you e-mail support about this?  If so, what was their reply?

I have not. I do not know there is an email that I can write to. Let me try right away. but yes, these things on paid websites makes one jittery

I am sure they do but this is the proble I am facing.. I ave no reason to badmouth you..I have also posted on your facebook page with no answers. I will post pics there in a while.. but do resolve the specific issue mentioned above instead of throwing this general statement that they work 0 would be nice. Thanks

or at least let me know how to resolve this issue as neither help forums nor anything else is accessible with this problem...

Here is the screenshot of what I get when I log in and now I will give you a screenshot of what I get when i click the verification link.. but this one first - the problem is when a paid site has problems like this, it becomes very insecure

Here we go when I try to verify the link(rightly, since it is already verified..so be careful guys, if you pay, it may not recognize that you have paid and ask you to upgrade membership again)

Tactics (both versions) stopped working on my iPhone since last ios update (11.4.1). They could fix some issues in the past but this one is not resolved yet. Web versions are working for me. I'll write again. Most sites have an phone app, like chess.com or lichess but tempo has a web app (/mobile) and it freezes on splash page..
