Closed: Inactive

My opponent is showing a "Closed: Inactive" icon in our game.   What exactly  does this mean?

It means they closed their account.

Why would they have two phasing for the same thing (Closed Account and Inactive Account).  

I see closed accounts in every thread and I wonder why so many people have voluntarily closed their accounts.

White circle=The person itself closed the acc.

No entry=The person violated the fair play policy.

Red circle=They violated the community guidelines.

At least that's what I heard
