Closing my account because of how many BAD SPORTSMEN there are on this site!!"

To all new chess players: A move made on the board can never be bad sportsmanship. Sportsmanship is what you do off of the board, like trash talk your opponent or send rude messages in the chat. If it's a legal move, it's legal for a reason and your opponent has every right to make it, regardless of the situation.
That's not true.

This is my latest rapid game. It was 30 minutes. My opponent who was white, in the last move wanted to take the pawn. But he accidentally blundered his queen in the last move as you can see. The position before the blunder was equal, and he accidentally blundered. I felt bad for him and offered a draw. I guess if you was my opponent, I will do the same and resign actually.

I agree with this lmao. Mayybeee promoting to 5 knights then mating is bad sportsmanship, but if you get mad at that you have no sense of humor.

In this case I don't think it was necessary but it just means you're an exceptionally good sportsman, I respect it.

Good idea

I mean, I’ve done it too. Big whoop. I felt like being nice. But if I wasn’t to offer a draw, it wouldn’t have been bad sportsmanship.

Why on earth did you premove in the first place? In a rapid game when there are different plausible continuations??? He didn't even stall, but took only a few seconds to play Nxg4...

In this case it doesn't look like it's a blunder but is in fact a mouse slip, but yes very good display of good sportsmanship.
"...only a 1700.."

What's your point? He played well, I played badly.
Part of me getting my rapid to 1900 is I'm just moving quickly making moves that look good, I'm not fully focused because as I said it's only 1700, but it also causes me to lose sometimes, I do this because I find rapid very boring but I would get to 1900 within a few days of playing. If the rating was already at my skill level of 1900 I would be more focused, I wouldn't be browsing youtube / on my phone chatting while I play which is what I was doing in the 1700 levels.
Makes sense. But you can certainly understand my point. I suggest you focus from now on to get to 1900, entirely. It'll save you plenty of games and time to do so. Good Luck!
I won't be getting to 1900, I'll be closing my account in a few days.
