I don't get it. Is this supposed to be funny? Or is this your way of saying "I'm not available for coaching, so stop asking"?

Thunder_Penguin

Ha, I was inspired by other people having coaching services like

Play 1 3 min game: $20

Sorry, it was a joke, although I'm not avalible for coaching as it is.

That's always a good thing, right? To get to go home.

:D

Martin0

So the offer to look at your chessboard for 10 seconds does not include getting home afterwards?

Thunder_Penguin

You scram to your home.

Just being an arrogant fool because he has a title.

I'm inspired by you.

And you're a jealous, upset fool.

pawnstogo

Jealous of some anonymous fool over the internet with a CM next to his username? I am not inspired by you that is for sure.

Thunder_Penguin

Wa-htever.

Its called a joke, sir.

Not really. We don't even know who he is.

Can I pay with credit card?

netzach

CM's & NM's are also-rans looking to earn cheap bucks.

Take your coaching lessons from an FM or greater.

netzach

How much further you yourself going?

Obviously not much or wouldn't have time to take kid's money for "coaching-services".

NM is mainly US swooned over chess-qualification & little more than chess-expert as you know fine well. :)

LaurieHo

Netzach, don't have a go at a nm, he is better than us both.

That's not what I am doing.

If wanting to encourage/motivate those (especially the young) whom aspire to a career in chess it is important to remember that what you are aiming for is ELO 2400.

I acknowledged chess-expert status of NM's but that is simply not good enough for career/income in chess and listening to them may even hamper progression of own brilliance.

NM in US is ELO 2000. What can they teach? (other than basic ideas) if unable to progress beyond that themselves.

a) this is bollocks, any of us non-masters can learn something from how a master approaches the game. As long as we're not hoping to go to GM!

b) did you even read the OP, this is a joke thread, the CM isn't offering coaching (which really makes your posts a little out of place and bizarre)

Do you do free trials? I'd love to try out your "Greetings" package, sounds pretty cool.

Thunder_Penguin

Free trials? PAID trials are more like it.
