I have got one game going and as I am new to this website & also have,nt played for 18yrs, I have just noticed in one game I am playing is a conditional chess game which I have made  18 moves and just found that out (stupid me) I know. So is there away I could get out of this without it causing damage to my rating ect.. As I dont know the rules is it if I,m playing white really Im playing black ? Any help on this matter would be very helpful

I'm not familiar with the term 'conditional chess game'.

One of your games is UNRATED. Clearly, you could just resign THAT game without any impact on your rating.

However, you may be referring to Conditional Moves - which can occur in ANY days-per-move (turn-based) game here on chess.com. If so, condistional moves are just an optional feature (see  http://support.chess.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/87/0/what-are-conditional-moves)  which don't affect the rules of chess.
