Sorry to be boring but it happened again. I was a Queen up against a player a lot stronger than me and was slightly ahead on time going into the last 2 mins...and then "Voila" it happened again.

don't crack your head over this, it's now day 2 with that problem. i was playing a guy from croatia when i was constantly reminded so and so has broken connection. i exasperated 'cause the guy always came back to ask for a draw and a rematch until i broke the connection! i called my service provider who told me the server was coming in difficult.

I get seriously peeved with that disconnection thing, it ruins games and always seems to occur at critical moments. It also lasts just long enough to kill the game.
However... try using Chrome as your browser, I've been using that and had no problems to date.
Hmm... maybe don't swing the axe so close to the wires... just a suggestion
Here I go again, yes, I'm a moaning old g#t but this connection problem is really getting on my nerves. It doesn't happen that often and I've checked my modem etc and there's no problem there, but why oh why does it have to happen at all? I get these messages asking me to upgrade and pay some money and I am willing to do that but there's no way I'm gonna pay anything when my games get ruined by this. It's just so frustrating. Just lost a game through time I was winning because of it.
Oh well, I'm probably just a moany old English bas (connection disrupted) tard.

Which browser and version are you using?
What type of internet connection do you have ? (adsl, dial up, wifi ? )
Do you have just live chess window/tab open when playing? or more ?
When was the last time you cleared cookies and history from your computer?

I was in a 10 min game and I got this "Box" come up which said "Connection Interupted...Reconnecting" After about 30 seconds it reconnected but I couldn't move. I was able to post to let my opponent know what had happened and he was very generous in offering a draw as my time was running out. He offered me a rematch which I accepted and I could move as normal in this game until it happened again. Does anyone know what could have caused this?
