It seems that many attempts at improving the site have occured recently. Many people seem to be annoyed when taken away from their comfort zone and are faced with change. Like in an organization where change is the norm in order to survive, chess.com is working tremendously hard by the looks of it to satisfy us the players. I've seen in the last couple of weeks how chess.com personnel listen to us and react accordingly. This in itself shows that the end product is based on our wants or needs and that they are listening. In the end or actually on a continual basis, we are receiving the best service chess.com can offer us. I just want to say thanks Chess.com personnel for your dedication and keep up the good work. With so many posts(some are constructive) about the changes, I felt it necessary as a player to show that I appreciate the work that is occuring at chess.com.
heinzie! lololo You are one of the first people here to respond to my very first post. You are always there in the shadows, lurking, watching, ready to pounce, with of course, contructive advice!
