Correct method of studying

I feel like I've hit a stage where I need to seriously study if I want to improve any further. My grade was rising steadily the last few seasons but this season it's ground to a halt, it's mostly due to my own fault for being lazy with lack of study. I am mid 2100s and my next goal is 2200 but the way I'm playing I don't expect to reach that this season.

For next season I would like to improve on all aspects of my game, which might already be asking too much but I wonder if it's better to fully concentrate on one aspect, reading one book etc or if it would be better to study a few aspects and read a few books at once?

I'm guessing that it might be better to study one aspect at a time but advice would be appreciated.
