Couldn't queen my pawns in 10m Arena

Hello I'm wondering if anyone else had issues queening pawns recently. I had two opportunities in a tournament and it wouldn't let me. I couldn't even promote my pawn to anything. As a result I drew 1 game and lost the other when I was clearly winning. One game was against a 1700+ and I'm rated around 1200. Very upsetting...

Yeah, it's been happening to me on my tablet, can't promote to anything. It works fine on the app but not on the web page, doesn't work on games or puzzle rush/battle. I can play puzzle rush on the app but not battle which is annoying. Works fine on the laptop though?! 

If you have been having issues, try changing your Animation type in Settings > Board & Pieces to Medium (Default) or at least something other than Arcade or Natural. There is a known bug with those animation types and that could be causing your problem.
